Psalm 121 was written for travelers, sung on the road to Jerusalem. Most of the Bible's people were on the move at some point. These verses are for the trip, whether it's a flight, a long drive, or a deployment.

Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.

'He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.' 'All your ways' includes the highway. This is the psalm people read before flights. It's a picture of being watched over en route. The psalm was written for people facing real dangers: plague, arrows, lions. It doesn't say nothing will happen. It says God assigns guardians. Read the whole psalm and you'll find it is honest about hazards while being confident about protection.
Psalm 139:9-10
If I take the wings of the dawn, and settle in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand will lead me, and your right hand will hold me.

The wings of the dawn, the far side of the sea: the psalmist imagines the farthest journey possible and finds God's hand there. For long-distance travel, this is the verse that says distance changes nothing. The psalm has been trying, verse by verse, to find somewhere God isn't, and failing. Applied to travel, it means the destination, however far, isn't outside the range of the hand that leads you.
Isaiah 43:2
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you.

Waters, rivers, fire. The verse doesn't promise you'll avoid them; it promises you'll pass through. Spoken to exiles, it's honest that journeys involve hazards, and it puts God in the hazard with you. The verse begins 'when you pass through,' not 'if.' Isaiah writes it to people who have already been through the worst. The promise is presence rather than avoidance, which is the honest kind of promise for a journey.
Numbers 6:24-26
‘Yahweh bless you, and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace.’

The oldest blessing in Scripture, and 'keep you' is its second phrase. It's the thing to say to someone as they leave. Short enough to text, old enough that it's been said over travelers for three thousand years. Aaron and his sons were told to say these exact words over the people. 'Keep' in this blessing means guard and preserve. If you want something to say at the door before someone drives away, this is what generations have said.
Psalm 121:7-8 ("Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in") is the classic. Psalm 91:11 is a close second.
Numbers 6:24 ("Yahweh bless you, and keep you") is one line. Psalm 121:8 is one sentence.
